Can I amend my order or address after I have placed it?
Unfortunately, we cannot change your order or the shipping address once it has been placed.
I have received the wrong product/size – what shall I do?
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), the wrong size or product, please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference. Important: Please state your order ID.
Are all the products on the website in UK stock?
Whilst we endeavour to have a wide selection of products available at all times in our UK warehouse for quick despatch, some products are shipped directly from our trusted Chinese manufacturers. This ensures that we are able to offer a diverse range of high quality products. Delivery times may vary depending on the location of the item and we will provide clear delivery information after checkout. Please be assured that we are committed to providing prompt delivery and excellent customer service, regardless of the shipping location.

Do you ship internationally?
We primarily serve customers in the UK and Europe at the moment. However, we are continually looking into expanding our shipping options to other regions. If you are outside of our current shipping areas, please stay tuned for updates, as we hope to offer international shipping in the near future.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For items shipped from our warehouse in China, please note that international shipping information may take up to 3 business days to appear in the tracking system. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated with the tracking details as soon as they become available.
What is your return policy?
All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request and your refund will be processed in approximately 7 working days. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the location of the shipment. For items shipped from our UK warehouse, you can expect delivery within 2-3 business days. For items shipped from our warehouse in China, delivery typically takes around 2 weeks.
